Orders are dispatched via courier or Royal Mail depending on the weight and value of the product.

EU Shipments EU orders are dispatched from our warehouse within the EU. As goods are shipped from within the EU customs territory, no import duties or customs charges apply upon delivery. Prices include VAT at the applicable local rate.

None EU European Countries Orders to Switzerland, Norway and other none EU countires are shipped from within the EU but are delivered outside the EU customs area. As such, customs charges, import duties, or excise duties may apply upon arrival and are the responsibility of the recipient.

International Shipments For all other international destinations, any customs charges, import duties, or excise duties are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are levied by the destination country and are outside our control.

Extended Areas Deliveries to non-mainland territories or remote areas may be subject to delays.
