If you change your mind about your purchase, or are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it using the dedicated link in your account portal
EU customers in accordance with the EU right of withdrawal can return unused and undamaged items through their account portal
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
Any products that have been used or are not in their original condition are excluded from the right of return
When returning an item, please contact us first before sending, as we have difference locations for return addresses
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
