BMW 6 Speed ZF Manual Gearbox Reverse Synchro, Oil Seal & Cap Repair Kit ( GS645 )
These parts are compatible with all BMW rear wheel drive models fitted with the GS645 type gearbox and all 4 wheel drive models fitted with the GS6X45 type gearbox.
The failure of these parts is common in this particular type of ZF gearbox and BMW do not supply all of the part themselves
This kit contains all seals and blanking caps required when repairing or rebuilding the gearbox including a cap not supplied by BMW

1 x O.E.M. Quality reverse gear synchro ring
1 x O.E.M. Quality Front Oil Seal - 39.85x70x8 ( BMW list this seal size as 40x70x9 )
1 x O.E.M. Quality Rear Oil Seal - 50x62x9
1 x O.E.M. Quality Selector Shaft Oil Seal - 15x21x5
1 x O.E.M. Quality Blanking Cap - 14x4
1 x O.E.M. Quality Blanking Cap - 20x7
1 x O.E.M. Quality Blanking Cap - 50x10/14 ( BMW do not supply this part )
Free 310ml Tube of HA6 RTV Silicone / Adhesive
